Patterned Glass is a semi-clear decorative flat glass produced by special pressing process with irregular embossing. The manufacturing process is divided into single roll method and double roll method. The single roll method is to cast the glass liquid onto the calendering forming table. The table top can be made of cast iron or cast steel, the table top or the roll is engraved with markings, the rolls are rolled on the glass surface, and the embossed glass is sent to the annealing kiln. The two-roll method produces embossed glass, which is divided into two processes: semi-continuous rolling and continuous rolling. The glass liquid is passed through a pair of water-cooled rolls, and is rolled forward to the annealing kiln with the rolls. Generally, the lower roll has irregular spots and upper rolls. It is a polishing roll and then made into a single-sided embossed glass with a picture.

Embossed glass features

1. The embossed glass pattern is rich in design, the picture has a strong sense of three-dimensionality, and the decoration effect is ingenious; or the blur is quiet and vivid; or the simplicity and elegance. Generally based on markings: rain, cloth, jellyfish, gold silk, spring dragon, ice flower, jigsaw puzzle, pear, thousand higs, four seasons rainbow, two sides, wood grain, water grain, diamond, bamboo, blessing , Yuhua, Yinxia and other hundreds of flowers.

2. The embossed glass has optically transparent and unclear features, which can make the light soft, and has a privacy screen effect and a certain decoration effect product. Compared with the conventional traditional flat glass, the light is transparent but not clear. , good decoration and practicality. The product is suitable for all kinds of public and personal places that need both lighting and concealment. It is widely used in sliding doors, window decoration, partition walls, wall decoration and so on.

3. The physical properties of embossed glass are basically the same as general flat glass, which can be used for cutting, edging, drilling and tempering, interlayer, silk screen, wire and rubber.
